10. Delete your information
To delete your account, you can do it in these 2 following ways:
Contact us to manually request to delete your account
Delete your content by going to your Dashboard, then create a new ticket. Finally select the Account Deletion option in the Category dropdown before submiting form.
Your requests will be processed in 3-4 weeks.We will request additional information to ensure that you are a legitimate user.
When you erase data, we use a deletion process to ensure that it is safely and entirely wiped from our servers, or that it is only maintained in an anonymized form.
We make every effort to protect information from being deleted by mistake or maliciously.
As a result, there may be a lag between when you delete anything and when copies from our current and backup systems are destroyed.
